Biography
She is a lecturer in Chinese Studies and holds a Ph.D. in Chinese Linguistics from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Her research focuses on theoretical approaches to Chinese and its varieties and dialects, with particular interests in discourse and speech act theory.
